Ruth Catherine Walter, daughter of Jacob H. Walter, 97 Elizabeth St. married Harold Martin Dwyer of 309 Fig St., Scranton, PA.  Rev. Louis F. Walter, brother of the bride and pastor of St. Michael's Church, Put-in-Bay, Ohio, officiated in St. Nicholas Church.  Rita Pesavento, a cousin of the bride, was maid of honor.  Miss Walter graduated from St. Ann's Academy and is employed by the Wilkes-Barre Deposit and Savings Bank.  Mr. Dwyer is employed by Swift and Co., Scranton.
